Bread pudding

Ingredients:

  • 1 ½ cups crushed Wheafree fresh G.F bread
  • 3 Cups milk 1 egg
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • A few drops of vanilla
  • Oil
  • Nuts & raisins (according to the taste)

Method:

Beat egg well and mix with milk and sugar. Place Wheafree bread in bowl & pour milk mixture over it. Cover with paper well-greased with oil. Place bowl in large pan containing enough boiling water to reach three quarters up bowl. Steam for 1 ½ hrs. Turn out and serve with G.F custard & dressing.
