Cheese Balls


  • ½ cup grated cheddar cheese
  • 1 tea sp. (heapful) cheese spread
  • ½ cup minced onion
  • Dash of Salt (to taste, black pepper coriander (finely cut)
  • 2 tsp (leveled) G.F Wheafree Maida.


  1. Blend Cheese, Onion, Salt, Black pepper, Coriander and GF Wheafree Maida.
  2. Shape into small balls and place in refrigerator for 10mins.
  3. Now deep fry these balls.
  4. (Do not put all the balls at one time)
  5. Makes 16 servings.
