• 2/3 cup G.F Wheafree gram flour (besan)
  • 1/3 cup G.F Wheafree Maida
  • ½ cup water
  • 1 tsp of Eno fruit salt
  • Salt to Taste
  • 1 teaspoon of Sugar (powdered)


Mix all the ingredients and keep it aside for 5 to 7 mins. Pour into a 150 mm(6inches) diameter and 25 mm(1inch) high greased microwave safe dish with a lid and microwave on high for 3 mins. Remove and let it stand for 2 mins.

For the tempering:

Heat mustard seeds in little of oil add green chilies to it for a min. Take ½ cup of water and add 2 table spoon of powdered sugar to it. Add ¼ tsp. citric acid (crystals). Add little of salt. Spread the tempering over the Dhoklas and cut into square pieces. Garnish with coriander & coconut.
