Gluten Free Rice Noodles


  • ½ packet of Wheafree Salute Spaghetti/any GF noodles
  • ½ cup spring onion whites
  • ¼ cup capsicum shopped
  • ¼ cup Beans chopped
  • 1 ½ tsp tamari Or any gluten free Soya sauce
  • ½ tsp of Wheafree corn flour (GF)
  • 1 tsp of vinegar white (GF)
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Do not add MSG as it may contain gluten


Add the noodles in boiling water. Boil till the noodles are soft(be careful it should not become very soft as it will become soggy on mixing) Drain out all the excess water .Wash in fresh water & keep aside. In a pan put capsicum/radish/corn etc. (acc. to your taste) beans. When the onions look transparent add ½ tsp corn flour mixture done in 1/8 cup of water cook for a min (This is just for better taste as sauces do not wrap around the Rice noodles).add all the vegies. Put GF tamari or GF Soya Sauce, Gf tomatoes Sauce, GF vinegar (white sirka) 1 tsp (optional) (its very important to check the emulsifier for hidden gluten) Salt, Black pepper (acc. To taste) Mix well Toss on fire for 2 mins.
