Muesli Energy Bars / Energy Balls

Ingredients

100gm Wheafree Gluten Free Muesli
80gm De-seeded dates (Khajur)
1-2 tablespoons clarified butter (Desi Ghee)

Preparation Steps

1. Heat the clarified butter in a pan over low heat.
2. Add the Muesli to the pan and roast it until golden and crisp.
3. Blend the deseeded dates into a smooth paste.
4. Stir in the date paste and cook over low flame, mixing well.
5. Combine the roasted Muesli with the date mixture until evenly blended.
6. Transfer the mixture to a flat plate or tray.
7. Shape the mixture into energy balls or spread it evenly in the tray. Refrigerate for 1 hour to set.
8. Once set, cut into pieces and enjoy as energy bars.
