Paneer Kathi Rolls OR Chicken Kathi Rolls


  • 9 Chapattis of GF Wheafree flour
  • 3 eggs beaten (optional)
  • 1 cup paneer cubed or shredded chicken
  • ½ cup tomatoes deseeded & diced
  • 1 tsp oil for greasing
  • A little of chili powder
  • ¼ tsp turmeric powder
  • ½ tsp ginger paste
  • ¼ tsp garlic paste
  • ½ tsp garam masala
  • Salt to taste


Add the paneer capsicum and tomatoes, ginger & garlic paste & toss lightly leave aside for 10 mins. Put the chapatti on tawa. Change the side and wait till it cooks. Now put the portion of paneer or chicken in the middle of chapatti with cooked egg on it. Spread and roll up lightly. Cut into pieces and serve hot.
