• 1 Cup Wheafree flour
  • ¾ teaspoon salt
  • oil
  • water to make dough


Rub 3 teaspoons of oil into flour and little water& salt (if reqd.) to prepare dough. Divide into balls and roll out into fairly thick rounds to thickness of saucer. Smear round with ghee/oil & if you want in a cone shape fold into half. Again smear oil and fold into half. Roll out into shape of cone. Heat tawa, bake cone for 1 min and add ghee/oil around its edges. Fry both sides till Paranthas are crisp and brown.
