Stuffed Paranthas


  • 1 cup Wheafree GF flour
  • 2 medium carrots/radishes Grated
  • Finely/boiled potatoes/cheese/cauliflower
  • Salt & chilies to taste
  • Fresh green coriander
  • salt,Green chilies/diced onions (as per your taste)


Rub 2 teaspoons of oil/ghee into GF flour add water little by little to prepare dough. Divide into 8 balls and roll out as for chap patties. Sprinkle ¼ mixture of radish/carrot/potatoes/cheese on one round and cover with another round. Press down edges and cook as for plain Paranthas.
