Ingredients

Wheafree Gluten Free Bread (Here we are using Eggless Bread)
Gluten Cheese Slice
Fresh Cottage Cheese
Salt (Acc. to your taste)
Oregano & Chilli Flakes (Acc. to your taste)
Wheafree Gluten Free Corn Starch.
Wheafree Gluten Free Bread Crumbs
Oil (For Frying)
*You can add any other Gluten Free Herbs of your taste to it.

Preparation Steps

1. Take Wheafree Gluten Free Bread slice and remove the edge of each slice.
2. Roll out the bread slice with a rolling pin to make them thinner.
3. Place a cheese slice and a fresh thick rectangular piece of cottage cheese on each bread slice.
4. Sprinkle some salt, oregano, chilli flake. You can add any other Gluten Free Herbs of your taste to it.
5. Roll each bread slice tightly to form a roll.
6. Now, prepare thick coating slurry by mixing Wheafree Gluten Free Corn Starch. Add a Pinch of Oregano & Chilli Flakes to it.
7. Secure the ends with a little water or corn starch paste to prevent the rolls from opening up.
8. Roll each bread cheesy paneer roll in Wheafree Gluten Free Corn Starch slurry and then coat it evenly with gluten free Bread Crumbs.
9 Carefully place the coated rolls in the hot oil and fry until they become golden brown and crispy on all sides.
10. Remove the fried bread cheesy paneer rolls from the oil.
Serve hot with any dip of your choice.
