All products sold on our website are non-returnable once delivered.

We request customers to carefully review their order before placing it.

Refund Eligibility (Damaged or Missing Items Only)

We only offer refunds in case of:

Damaged products

Missing items in the order

To be eligible for a refund:

A complete unboxing video is mandatory (starting before opening the parcel)

The issue must be reported within 12 hours of delivery

Customers must email the details along with video proof to customercare@wheafree.com

Refund Process

Once your complaint is received, our team will review the case

The issue will be raised with our logistics partner for verification

Refunds will be processed only after approval from the logistics partner

Upon approval, the refund will be initiated to your original payment method within a reasonable timeframe

Important Notes

Claims without proper unboxing video proof will not be accepted

Complaints raised after 12 hours of delivery will not be considered

Wheafree reserves the right to make the final decision on all refund-related matters
