Bread Potato Donuts

Ingredients

Boiled Potatoes (3)
Grated Cottage Cheese (50g)
Chopped Onions (30g)
Chopped Beans (25g)
Chopped Carrots (30g)
Ginger & Garlic Paste (1/4 tsp each)
Fresh Chopped Green Chillies (Acc. to your taste)
Wheafree Gluten Free Bread (Here we are using Eggless Bread)
Wheafree Gluten Free Corn-Starch (2 tbsp)
Salt (Acc. to your taste)
Cumin Powder (1 tsp)
Black Pepper (1/2 tsp)
Oil (For Frying)
Chat Masala (1/2 tsp)
Oregano & Chilli Flakes (2 tsp each)

Preparation Steps

1. Take Boiled Potatoes, Grated Cottage Cheese, Chopped Onions, Chopped Beans, Chopped Carrots, Ginger & Garlic Paste in a bowl.
2. Soak the bread in water for not more than 5 sec.
3. Squeeze the water from the bread and add it into the bowl containing other ingredients.
4. Add corn starch.
5. Add Salt, Cumin Powder, Black Pepper, Chat Masala, Oregano & Chilli Flakes.
6. Mix all the ingredients well.
7. Grease your palm with oil.
8. Take some mixture in your hand and give it the shape of donut.
9. Heat the oil in a pan.
10. Deep Fry the donut until it gets golden brown.
11. Take out the donuts & Serve hot with chutney.
