Gluten Free Garlic Parantha with Liquid Dough

Ingredients

½ cup Wheafree Gluten Free Flour
½ cup Wheafree Maida Replacer
½ tbsp Garlic Paste
2 tbsp Coriander Leaves, finely chopped (optional)
¼ tsp Salt (as per taste)
½ tsp Pepper
½ tsp Oregano
½ tsp Chilli Flakes
½ tbsp Melted Butter
1 cup Hot Water (as per requirement)

Instructions:

  1. Take a mixing bowl add Wheafree Flour (multigrain), Wheafree Maida Replacer, garlic paste, coriander leaves, salt, pepper, oregano, chilli flakes and mix everything well using a whisk.
  2. Add water gradually as per requirement and whisk to make a smooth liquid batter, free of lumps. (Not too runny)
  3. Now add butter and whisk well.
  4. Heat a non stick pan over medium flame. You can brush the pan with a little of oil/butter if needed.
  5. Pour some of the batter on the pan and spread it evenly, if needed use a spoon or a spatula.
  6. Cook over medium flame until the edges separate the pan and the parantha looks set. (the batter should not be in liquid form anymore)
  7. Flip and cook the other side. Keep pressing the edges lightly with a spatula or a clean cloth.
  8. Brush both the sides with oil/butter and cook.
  9. Once both sides are done. Take it off the pan.
  10. Serve hot along with yoghurt and/or a gluten free pickle or tomato sauce.
