Wheafree Multigrain Flour: 1 Cup (175g)
Powdered Sugar: 1 Cup (175g)
Baking Powder: 1/2 Tbsp (7g)
Vanilla Powder: 1/2 Tsp (2g)
Curd: 1 Cup (250g)
Oil: 1 Tbsp + 1 Tsp (20g)
Vinegar: 1/2 Tsp (2 Drops)
Vanilla Essence: 1/2 Tsp (2 Drops)

Preparation Steps

1. Prepare your oven by preheating the oven to 140 degrees celsius.

2. In a large bowl, take Wheafree Gluten Free Multigrain Flour. Add powdered Sugar, Vanilla Powder, Baking Powder, Curd and Oil.

3. Mix it well until combined.

4. Add Vinegar and Vanilla Essence.

5. Mix everything properly.

6. Pour the cake batter into a greased cake mould.

7. Spread it evenly and tap to remove bubbles.

8. Bake at 140 degrees C for about 30-35 minutes. Allow to cool completely. De-mould, slice and serve.
